Poise SKN is a multidisciplinary social enterprise focused on the holistic development of girls and young men and women through dance, pageantry, performance, and creative expression. As the institution that introduced Aerial Dance to the Federation, Poise SKN has become the leading and only training institution actively advancing the art form within the OECS, providing specialized training opportunities for trainees ages 9 and up.
Beyond dance, Poise SKN has also built a strong reputation for excellence in pageantry, consistently contributing to the development of confident, disciplined, and accomplished young women who have excelled on local, regional, and international stages. Through its innovative “learn and earn” approach, the institution creates opportunities for dancers and creatives to not only train professionally, but also gain paid performance, production, and entertainment experiences that support personal growth, financial empowerment, and career development within the creative industries.
